How to set up multi-brand feed filtering
Set up multi-brand feed filtering before you link the client account to the Associate manager account. You can enable multi-brand feed filtering by following the steps below:
Add Merchant Center account sharing column
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account.
- On the left page menu, select the Settings dropdown.
- In the sub-menu, select Sub-account settings.
- Note: If you don’t have the “Merchant center account sharing” column in the table, select the columns
icon. In the “Modify columns” slider panel, search for and select Merchant center account sharing and select Apply.
- Note: If you don’t have the “Merchant center account sharing” column in the table, select the columns
- Under the “Merchant center account sharing” column of the AM account, select Not shared if you haven’t shared access to any feeds yet. If you notice “X accounts”, you won’t be able to modify it as it’s a one-time process.
- Note: “X accounts” in the above step refers to the number of accounts you have already shared with that AM account.
- In the slider panel, search for and add the Google Merchant Center account that you want to share.
- Select “Filtered products”.
- Choose Brand in the first dropdown.
- In the “Enter value” field/dropdown, select the brand feed you want to share.
- Note: Repeat steps 8 and 9 to add more brands.
- Select Save.
