You can now use a bulk upload process to onboard brands to your Search Ads 360 accounts. The bulk upload process will require minimal steps and makes onboarding faster by allowing you to add multiple brands as Associate managers to your accounts at the same time.

How it works
For the bulk onboarding process, you’ll need admin access to:
- Search Ads 360 account
- Google Ads Manager account
- Google Merchant Center account
You may need to use the manual onboarding process or follow extra steps if you don’t have access to the above requirements.
Brand onboarding bulk template
The brand onboarding bulk template has the following fields:
- Row type (required): Add the “Associate manager” or “client” account that you want to upload.
- Account name (required): Enter a name for the account. This will be displayed in your Search Ads 360 account.
- Action (optional): Enter an action such as “Add”, “Edit”, or “Remove” that you’d want to be taken for the account.
- Account type (required): Add the “Associate manager” or “Google Ads” account.
- Time zone (required): Add the time zone of the brands.
- Currency (required): Use the ISO 4217 currency code to enter the currency that’ll be used for billing the account.
- Invited user email (optional): Enter the email address of the invited user.
- Invited user role (optional): Enter the user role details of the invited user.
- Google Ads conversion tracking parent ID (required): Use your Google Ads Manager account (MCC) to find and add this ID.
- Share audience from Google Ads manager ID (required): Use your Google Ads Manager account (MCC) to enable audience sharing and to add this ID.
- Customer ID (required): Add the sub-manager account ID for the Search Ads 360 Associate manager account. Leave the field empty for the client account row.
- Customer name (required): Add the Google Ads customer name for the Associate manager account.
- Google Ads customer ID (required): Add the Google Ads customer ID.
- Associate manager audience access(required): Add the audience groups that you want to share with the user.
- Merchant center account sharing (required): Add the Google Merchant Center accounts that need to be linked to the AM account.
How to download the bulk upload template
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account.
- Go to Sub-account settings under the Settings drop-down in the page menu.
- Select the plus icon

- Hover over “Search Ads 360 associate manager account” and select Upload from the options.
- In the “Upload spreadsheets card” section, select the View templates link.
- On the “Download templates” card, choose from the Excel or CSV templates to download beside the “Associate manager” field.
- Select Close.

How to upload the sheet for bulk onboarding
Upload sheet from the “Sub-account settings” page
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- On the page menu, select Settings.
- Select Sub-account settings.
- Select the plus button

- Select Search Ads 360 associate manager account.
- From the list, select Upload.
You can view the uploaded details in a table on the “Sub-account settings” page.
Billing setup for bulk onboarding
You’ll need to set up your billing for onboarding through your Google Ads Manager Account (MCC). After uploading your sheet with bulk onboarding details, follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your Google Ads manager account.
- Select the Accounts icon
, then select Performance.
- Select the client account where you want to update the budget.
- Go to Account budgets within the Billing menu
.
- You’ll find the bulk uploaded accounts listed under the “Accounts” column.
- Select Download at the top of the table to find and download the “Customer IDs” of the created accounts.
- Select Upload to upload the sheet with details of “Customer ID”, “Manager ID”, Payments Profile ID”, “Currency”, “Budget Amount”, “Start Date”, and “End Date”.
