About Commerce media network trusted brands

As a retailer, you can invite trusted brands to access your Search Ads 360 account as an Associate manager (AM) using self-service mode. You can grant these trusted brands additional access to assets and campaign management.

Trusted brands features

Note: You'll need admin level access to invite trusted brands.

The trusted brand user role can:

  • Create Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and Video campaigns.
  • Create and edit assets.

The user role will need to ensure that:

  • The domain of the final URL must match the domain of the account's linked Google Merchant Center (GMC) accounts.
  • Text customization and Final URL expansion features are disabled.

An Associate manager (AM) account can’t include both trusted brand users and non-trusted brand users.


How to invite trusted brands

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
  2. On the page menu, under “Tools & settings”, click Setup.
  3. Click Access & security.
  4. Click the plus button Add.
  5. Enter the email address of your trusted brand user.
  6. Under the “Select account access level” section, select the Trusted without billing option.
  7. Click Send invitation.
Note: The trusted brand user will need a Google account to access this AM account.

The trusted brand user will have access to the AM account (self-service mode) after they accept the email invitation.
