Commerce media network's (also known as "Retail media network") new reporting metrics allows the retailer to understand customer behavior, gain deeper insights of your sales data, compare the campaign performance of enterprise level versus the CMN level, and identify new opportunities for budget allocation.
You can view these metrics by setting up the Commerce media network (CMN) dashboards in Search Ads 360. In this article, you’ll learn how to create these dashboards and add specific reports and scorecards to set them up.

Commerce media network reporting dashboards
The following dashboards are available for Commerce media reporting:
- Commerce media spend monitor: Analyze spend metrics over time to understand account performance and draw insights to take action.
- Overview landing page: Find an overview of performance metrics at the enterprise, CMN, and brand level.
- Enterprise vs CMN advertised performance: Compare the performance metrics of Enterprise vs CMN campaigns to identify opportunities for budget allocation and enhance ROAS.
- Enterprise vs CMN CwCD (Conversions with cart data) performance: Get insights on sales data, and understand customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
These dashboards offer SKU-level (stock keeping unit) and product category-level reporting. You have the option to filter the date range for these dashboards as a whole or for specific reports and scorecards. You can also apply filters to create and view reports or scorecards specific to your accounts.

How to set up a dashboard
Dashboards can be created and accessed from manager, sub-manager, and client accounts. To create or edit a dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Click the Reports icon
in the navigation menu.
- Select Dashboards.
- Click the plus button
to create a new dashboard.
- Click the plus button
or click on the tiles to add scorecards, reports, and notes to your dashboard.
- Click the pencil icon
to name your dashboard.
- Click Save or Save as.

How to view predefined dashboards
You can access predefined dashboards with pre-populated data. Follow the steps below to access these dashboards.
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Click the Reports icon
in the navigation menu.
- From the Reports drop down, select Dashboards.
- The top of the “Dashboard” page will display options for predefined CMN dashboard views.
- Select a predefined dashboard view. Data will auto-populate based on your selection.
