You'll need to create the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard before you can create and add reports or scorecards.
Create the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Click the Reports icon
in the navigation menu.
- Select Dashboards.
- Click the plus button
to create a new dashboard.
- Click the pencil icon
to name your dashboard.
Create the CwCD performance metrics scorecards
- After creating the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard, click one of the tiles and select Scorecard from the options.
- To create the “Enterprise CwCD performance metrics” and “CMN CwCD performance metrics” scorecards, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” filter at the top, select the enterprise or the CMN account, and click Save.
- Under the “Choose one or more measures you would like to add” field, search for and add the following measures:
- Cost (Converted currency)
- Units sold
- Revenue (Converted currency)
- Conv. value / cost
- Lead units sold
- Cross-sell units sold
- Lead revenue (Converted currency)
- Cross-sell revenue (Converted currency)
- (Optional) Name your scorecard.
- Click Add to dashboard.
Create the CwCD performance reports
- After creating the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard, click one of the tiles and select Report from the options.
- Select New report from the dropdown menu.
- To create the “Enterprise CwCD performance” and “CMN CwCD performance” reports, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” filter at the top, select the enterprise or the CMN account, and click Save.
- In the “Search metrics and dimensions” field, search for and add the following metrics or dimensions to your table:
- Account
- Brand
- Product Title
- Item ID
- Product Title sold
- Item ID sold
- Units sold
- Revenue (Converted currency)
- Lead units sold
- Lead revenue (Converted currency)
- Cross-sell units sold
- Cross-sell revenue (Converted currency)
- Click the pencil icon
to name your report.
- At the top right corner, click Add to dashboard.
Create the Top product categories by units sold reports
- After creating the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard, click one of the tiles and select Report from the options.
- Select New report from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Table dropdown and select Pie chart under “Pie”.
- To create “Enterprise top product categories by units sold” and “CMN top product categories by units sold” reports, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” filter at the top, select the enterprise or the CMN account, and click Save.
- In the “Search metrics and dimensions” field, search for and add the following metrics or dimensions:
- Product type sold (1st level)
- Product type sold (2nd level)
- Product type sold (3rd level) and so on
- Units sold
- Click the pencil icon
to name your report.
- At the top right corner, click Add to dashboard.
Create the Product category CwCD revenue reports
- After creating the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard, click one of the tiles and select Report from the options.
- Select New report from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Table dropdown and select Pie chart under “Pie”.
- To create “Enterprise product category CwCD revenue” and “CMN top product categories CwCD revenue” reports, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” filter at the top, select the enterprise or the CMN account, and click Save.
- In the “Search metrics and dimensions” field, search for and add the following metrics or dimensions:
- Account (for Enterprise)
- Product type sold (1st level)
- Product type sold (2nd level)
- Product type sold (3rd level) and so on
- Revenue (Converted currency)
- Click the pencil icon
to name your report.
- At the top right corner, click Add to dashboard.
Create the Campaign CwCD stats reports
- After creating the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard, click one of the tiles and select Report from the options.
- Select New report from the dropdown menu.
- To create the “Enterprise campaign CwCD stats” and “CMN campaign CwCD stats” reports, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” filter at the top, select the enterprise or the CMN account, and click Save.
- In the “Search metrics and dimensions” field, search for and add the following metrics or dimensions to your table:
- Sub-manager
- Account
- Campaign
- Campaign type
- Campaign ID
- Lead units sold
- Lead revenue (Converted currency)
- Cross-sell units sold
- Cross-sell revenue (Converted currency)
- Units sold
- Revenue (Converted currency)
- Click the pencil icon
to name your report.
- At the top right corner, click Add to dashboard.
Create the Campaigns (revenue & units sold) reports
- After creating the Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard, click one of the tiles and select Report from the options.
- Select New report from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Table dropdown and select a Column chart under “Time series”.
- To create “Enterprise campaigns (revenue & units sold)” and “CMN campaigns (revenue & units sold)” reports, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” filter at the top, select the enterprise or the CMN account, and click Save.
- In the “Search metrics and dimensions” field, search for and add the following metrics or dimensions to your chart:
- Campaign, Revenue (Converted currency)
- Units sold
- Click the pencil icon
to name your report.
- At the top right corner, click Add to dashboard.
After you've added all the above reports to your dashboard, select Save or Save as to complete your Enterprise vs CMN CwCD performance dashboard.
How to view predefined dashboards
You can access predefined dashboards with pre-populated data. Follow the steps below to access these dashboards.
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Click the Reports icon
in the navigation menu.
- From the Reports drop down, select Dashboards.
- The top of the “Dashboard” page will display options for predefined CMN dashboard views.
- Select a predefined dashboard view. Data will auto-populate based on your selection.
