About predefined reporting for Shopping or Commerce Media

At the sub-manager and associate manager level, you can access predefined reports to help you view, organize, and analyse your Shopping or Commerce Media data. In this article you’ll learn what you can view in your predefined reporting and how to find your predefined reports.

Find your reports

Use the following steps to view your predefined reports:

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
  2. Click the Reports icon in the navigation menu.
  3. Select Predefined reports (Dimensions).
  4. Select Shopping, and then select from the list of predefined reports.

What you’ll view in your predefined reports from your associate manager account

You’ll find the following columns in your reports at the associate manager level:

  • Account
  • Campaign
  • Campaign ID
  • Campaign Type
  • Campaign State
  • Budget
  • Campaign Start Date
  • Campaign End Date
  • Clicks
  • Impressions
  • Clickthrough rate (CTR)
  • Cost
  • Average cost-per-click (Avg. CPC)

What you’ll view in your predefined reports from a sub-manager account

You’ll find the following columns in your reports at the sub-manager account level:

  • Campaign: The name you assign to your campaign.
  • Campaign ID: The ID you assign to your campaign.
  • Brand: The brand name you assign to a product through the “Brand” attribute in your Merchant Center product data. The title can be shown to people who view your ads.
  • Brand sold: Identifies the Brand being sold.
  • Item ID: The ID you assign to a product through the 'ID' attribute in your Merchant Center product data. The title can be shown to people who view your ads.
  • Item ID sold: The quantity sold of a particular Item ID.
  • Product title: The name you assign to a product through the 'title' attribute in your Merchant Center product data. The title can be shown to people who view your ads.
  • Product title sold: Identifies the product being sold.
  • Units sold: The total number of sales of this product.
  • Revenue: The total amount of revenue generated from selling products.
  • Lead units sold: The total number of products sold as a result of advertising the product.
  • Lead revenue: The total amount of revenue generated from selling a product as a result of advertising the product.
  • Cross-sell units sold: The total number of products sold as a result of advertising a different product.
  • Cross-sell revenue: The total amount of revenue generated from selling products as a result of advertising a different product.
