About All conv (by conv. time)-estimated and All conv. value (by conv. time)-estimated count conversions columns

The new All conv. (by conv. time) - estimated and All conv. value (by conv. time) - estimated columns offer insights into potential conversions that may not have been directly tracked and may take time to process, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of campaign performance and enabling data-driven decisions for budget allocation, campaign optimization, and overall marketing strategy.

The All conv. (by conv. time) - estimated and All conv. value (by conv. time) - estimated columns give you a better understanding of conversion data for unobserved conversions that will process over the next few days, enabling you to make informed decisions closer to real-time. If you have a more accurate estimate today, you can further optimize your strategy and take timely action.

Note:
These columns do not account for 2 types of late arriving conversions:
  • Cross-device conversions that arrive late
  • Observed conversions that arrive late (for example, those with a longer click to conversion delay)

How it works

  • All conv. (by conv. time) - estimated: Expected conversion count and % difference from current total. If there are no Conversions and All conv. (by conv. time) - estimated are expected to come, the projected % will show null state.
  • All conv. value (by conv. time) - estimated: Expected monetary value and % difference from current value. If there is no difference between Conversion value and All conv. value (by conv. time), the projected % will show null state.
Note: These estimated conversion columns are available on the Campaign Management tables and only at the campaign and account levels.

Column support:

  • Filtering: You can use the new All conv. (by conv. time) - estimated and All conv. value (by conv. time) - estimated columns to filter your data based on specific criteria.
  • Basic segmentation: Segmentation options are available for Conversion action, Date, and Attribution model.
  • Custom conversion columns: These columns can be incorporated into custom conversion columns (CCCs) but not created within the Custom Conversion Column editor. Create the desired column in the formula column editor and use it with custom conversion columns. When used this way, they're available where Custom Conversion Columns are supported, such as the Reporting API or Report Editor.

If you’ve selected a timeframe that doesn’t require projection due to conversion data being available, All conv. (by conv. time) - estimated and All conv. value (by conv. time) - estimated columns report the same value as their non-estimated counterparts.
