Conversion value rules (CVRs) allow you to provide additional value information that isn’t already reflected in your account and optimize in real time to those values. Conversion values are adjusted by the specific rules and reported in the conversion value column of your account. Learn how to Setup Search Ads 360 conversion value rules.
The bulksheet can only support conversion value rule uploads for CVRs created for campaigns. This article explains how to format the bulksheet for uploading CVRs for campaigns.

Before you begin
Search Ads 360 allows you to upload CVRs in bulk. Bulk uploads for CVRs allow you to set conditions, such as audience or locations, to adjust conversion values based on your customers’ attributes and their relative value to your business. Using bulk uploads help you do all the adjustments using a bulksheet, saving you from manual effort. The bulksheet supports creation, edit and removal of CVRs.
Format the “value rules” column in the bulksheet
Set the following values in the “value rules” column:
- Conversion goal: [all, or store visits]
- Primary condition: condition type, conditions
- condition type: [device, location, audience segment, no condition].
- device conditions: [tablet, desktop, mobile], multiple values should be separated by "||"
- location conditions: [inclusion list: followed by a list of locations separated by "||", exclusion list: followed by a list of locations separated by "||", inclusion list option: "People in these locations" OR "People in, or showing interest in, these locations", exclusion list option: "People in these locations" OR "People in, or showing interest in, these locations]
- audience segment conditions: segment_1 || segment_2 || segment_3
- condition type: [device, location, audience segment, no condition].
- (If necessary) Secondary condition: condition type, conditions
- Operation: [add, or multiply]
- Value: [enter value]
- Status: [enabled OR paused]
Important things to note:
- The bulksheet can only support conversion value rule uploads for CVRs created for campaigns.
- CVR bulksheet supports creation, edit and removal.
- To create a new CVR, enter the desired parameters with a status: enabled.
- To remove all CVRs from a campaign, enter "
remove_value". - To edit an existing CVR, enter the CVRs with updated parameters.
- To remove only one CVR for a campaign that has multiple CVRs, edit the CVR column with the CVRs you want to keep.
- For example, if a campaign has CVR1 and CVR2, the user will just fill out the value rules column with only CVR1 to remove CVR2.
- You can also pause or create new CVRs as paused. To do so, enter status: paused
- If the value rule column is left empty, the bulksheet will not change the CVRs for the campaign. Similarly, if no change is made to the value rule cell, the bulksheet will not make any updates to the CVRs.
- This feature does not support Google Ads CVRs in Search Ads 360.

Upload the bulksheet for CVRs
You can upload the bulksheet for CVRs as follows:
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- In the left page menu, click Campaigns.
- Click the 3-dot ;icon
above the table.
- Click Upload.
- Under “Upload spreadsheets”, select “Select source” and click Upload a file.
- Click Select a file from your computer.
- Select if you want to apply the changes to a single account or multiple accounts.
- Click Apply.

You can download the bulksheet for CVRs as follows:
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- In the left page menu, click Campaigns.
- Click on the Columns icon
at the top of the table.
- Click on the search icon
and search for “Value rules”.
- Select “Value rules”.
- Click the Download icon
above the table, scroll down the list and select “More options”.
- Select the file format from the drop-down in the “Download” section, and select the All editable columns for Bulk Upload checkbox.
- Click Download.
at the top of the table.Search Ads 360 downloads the file to your browser’s download directory. If you selected to download a report and the report is large, it may take a while for Search Ads 360 to generate the report. You can still use Search Ads 360 while the report is generating. A status bar in the bottom indicates the progress of the report generation.
