After you get a Google Ads Shopping campaign running, you need to check how it's performing to make sure you get the results you want. You can monitor your campaign's performance in a few key places in the new Search Ads 360:
- Product groups page
- Products page
- Custom Dimensions page
- Auction insights report
- Bid simulators

Instructions
View performance data
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a Google Ads client account.
- In the navigation menu, click the reports icon
.
- Select Predefined reports (Dimensions), then Shopping.
- Select the attribute you want to use to sort your performance data (for example, Category, Product type, or Item ID).
- In the right panel of the Report Editor, click the more options icon
, then select Metrics, Dimensions, or Segments to display the information that you want.
- Click the Show incompatible switch to off to display only relevant metrics, dimensions, and segments.
- Drag and drop any additional metrics you want to view from the right-side panel into the “Columns" section.
- You can drag and drop tiles to rearrange them.
- To remove a metric, click on its tile and select Delete.
- To save your report, click Save as.

Download performance data
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a Google Ads client account.
- In the navigation menu, click the reports icon

- Select Predefined reports (Dimensions), then Shopping.
- Select the attribute you want to use to sort your performance data (for example, Category, Product type, or Item ID).
- Confirm the table shows all the information you want in your report.
- Click the download icon

- From the drop-down, select the format in which you wish to download your report (for example, .csv). Your report will automatically start downloading.
Download product groups reports
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a Google Ads client account.
- On the page menu, click Campaigns.
- In the table, click the name of a Shopping campaign.
- On the page menu, click Product groups.
- Make sure the table displays all the columns you may want to edit.
- To add additional columns, click the columns icon

- On the table toolbar, click the download icon
and select your file type. Your report will automatically start downloading.
