If you have an issue with your booking, go to Reserve with Google Help.
You will be asked to:
- Select the type of inquiry
- Provide your name
- Provide your email address
- Provide details about your issue
- Name of the business
- Type of the service, like yoga or manicure
- Date and time
- Screenshot of the appointment confirmation email
All users have the opportunity to appeal an outcome and receive a human review of that appeal. Users are limited to one appeal per outcome. Repeated requests to appeal the same outcome may not be reviewed.
