The Offer

The Explorer Pack promotion (“Offer”) provides you with access to the following services or applications at no charge for the period of time listed below from the day you redeem each of the following services and applications in the Offer (the “Offer Period”). The Google Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled across Google owned and operated services. Access to third party services are governed by third party terms and conditions.

  • This promotion includes free trials or one-time purchase codes for various third-party services, including NBA League Pass, Project Pulsar by Adobe, Calm Premium, and StatusPro NFL PRO ERA. The redemption and use of these third-party services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of each respective third-party provider. These Offer terms referenced here govern your access to and use of Google services included in this Offer, but do not extend to the third-party services. Any issues or disputes related to a third-party service should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

Note, all Android XR users will also have access to a free copy of the Asteroid Experience to be downloaded on the Play Store, available on October 21, 2025.

The Offer holds no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the trial.

Duration

The Offer is comprised of multiple services, each subject to the applicable redemption deadline. The redemption deadlines for these services are as follows:

  • NBA League Pass: Must be redeemed by April 12, 2026.
  • YouTube Premium and StatusPro NFL PRO ERA: Must be redeemed by October 20, 2026.
  • Google AI Pro, YouTube TV, Google Play Pass, Project Pulsar from Adobe, Calm Premium: Must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

Among Partner Services, including Adobe, Calm, and StatusPRO, the Offer Period begins on the date of redemption and expires 12 months thereafter. The NBA League Pass access period is limited from the date of the redemption through the end of season on 4/12/2026, regardless of the redemption date.

You can confirm the exact Offer Period end date for each Google service subscribed to in your shopping cart at checkout for each subscription sign-up and within the subscription management section of the relevant Google service (for example, in the Subscriptions page in the Google Play Store settings or the Purchases & Memberships section of the YouTube app).

Requirements & Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is limited to customers in the United States who purchase the Samsung headset, Galaxy XR (SM-I610), between October 21, 2025 and March 31, 2026. Promotions to Services within the Offer will only be available for use of the Services by customers in the US. Each Explorer Pack offer will have codes and/or unique URLs distributed via email to use the Offer.

Google Services: Google services within the Offer require a Google Payments account with a qualifying valid form of payment at sign-up. Google service codes can only be redeemed once, may not be combined with other offers, and may not be redeemed on more than one eligible device. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the appropriate age in your geography) to redeem the free trial of any Google service in this Offer and you must have a Google account.

  • Google One AI Pro: Existing Google One users can redeem this offer, but this free trial period cannot be added to an existing free trial. Users can only use one trial at a time and promotion lengths are not stackable. If a user has an existing trial and redeems a new trial, their existing trial or subscription plan will be revoked and their new trial will begin, regardless of how much time they have left on their existing offer. The Google One AI Pro Offer is not available to:
    • Google One users subscribed to an add-on
    • Google One users subscribed to a higher tier plan than the one being offered
    • Google One users on a family plan who are not the plan manager
    • Google One users who have a Google One subscription through a third party or affiliate
    • Google One users who are a discounted Pixel bundle subscriber
  • YouTube Premium: the 12 month trial of YouTube Premium (“YTP Offer”) is only available to users who are not current YouTube Premium, YouTube Premium Lite or YouTube Music Premium subscribers. The YTP Offer must be redeemed by Oct 20, 2026 at 11:59pm PST. Valid form of payment required at sign-up, but you will not be charged until the trial period expires. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the individual subscription price, currently $13.99 USD/month on a monthly recurring basis. You can cancel your trial at no charge at any time before the trial is over. You can cancel your YouTube Premium paid subscription in the Purchases & Memberships page on YouTube. The YTP Offer requires a Google account. It may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, code, and/or offer. No refunds for partial billing periods are available.   • YouTube TV: The promotional price of $1.00 USD/month for 3 months of the YouTube TV Base Plan (“YTV Offer”) is only available to customers who are not current YouTube TV Base Plan subscribers. The YTV Offer must be redeemed by December 31, 2026 at 11:59pm PST. The YTV Offer is only available in markets where YouTube TV service is available. A valid form of payment is required at sign-up. You will be charged a promotional price of $1.00 USD/month for 3 months until the YTV Offer period expires. At the end of the YTV Offer period, you will automatically be charged the then-standard YouTube TV Base Plan subscription price, currently $82.99 USD per month, but subject to change. Recurring billing. You can cancel your YTV Offer at any time before the YTV Offer period is over. You can also cancel your YouTube TV Base Plan subscription at any time by going to your Settings and Membership page on YouTube TV. No refunds for partial billing periods are available. Partner Services: Eligibility and access to all third party partner services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined by third party service provider, including the following terms:

  • NBA League Pass: This promotion code offers a discount for the League Pass Season-Long package, available to new customers and to be redeemed in the U.S. on NBA.com. This promotion code has a redemption window of 10/21/2025 to 4/12/2026. This promotion cannot be used with other promotion codes. In addition, this promotion code is for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. Although this promotion has an approximate retail value of $110 USD, it has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The NBA may revoke or modify the promotion at any time and reserves the right to cancel or suspend any promo code if the user is found to be in violation of these terms or is deemed to be fraudulent or abusive. Recurring billing & cancellations

On the date your Offer Period ends, your Google service subscription(s) will renew and your form of payment will be automatically charged the then-current standard subscription price per service, until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel anytime. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the Offer Period. If you cancel your subscription during the Offer Period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the Offer Period.
