There are mail-in and walk-in repair options, but availability depends on your phone's warranty and where you live.
Follow the steps below to check your warranty coverage, find your repair options, and start the repair process.
Tip: Warranty terms vary by country or region where you bought your phone. You can get online and phone support everywhere we sell Pixel phones.
Confirm warranty coverage
All Google items bought from Google Store, such as Pixel phones or Google Nest, come with a limited warranty.
Before you start a repair, check what kind of warranty you have and what it covers. If you have Google Store’s Preferred Care, start a claim.
To confirm warranty coverage, you can either:
- Start the repair process at store.google.com/repair.
- Go to Your Devices.
If you need more help, you can contact Pixel Support. You can also check warranty eligibility.

Tips:
- If you bought your phone in a different country, check the paper warranty that came in your phone's box. If we don't sell Pixel phones where you are, online or phone support may be unavailable.
- If you plan to use walk-in service, first call the repair center to book an appointment and confirm parts availability.
- As we care about the environment, Pixel 7 and later phones may not have paper warranty in the box anymore. You can check your model and region warranty during phone setup. You can always find this info on your phone, even if you got a paper warranty.
