Find device info, tips, support & more with My Pixel

With My Pixel, you can find tailored content, explore new features, get support for Pixel devices including Pixel Phones, Pixel Tablet, Pixel Watch and Pixel Buds, and purchase products from the Google Store.

Where My Pixel is available

The full My Pixel experience is available in these languages and countries:

  • Australia, India, UK, and US (English only)
  • Japan (Japanese only)
  • Taiwan (Mandarin only)
  • Canada (English and French only)
  • Germany (German only)
  • France (French only)
  • Italy (Italian only)
  • Spain (Spanish only)

If you're in another country or language, you can still access the new Tips experience within My Pixel.

Important: My Pixel replaces the old Pixel Tips experience.

Explore My Pixel

To use the features, in the bottom menu, explore the tabs in the My Pixel app.

  • Home: Track orders or repairs, find offers, and see what’s new.
  • Tips: Find info on new features like Gemini or Magic Editor, and learn how to use your device.
  • Support: Get device diagnostic info, troubleshoot issues, contact support, or manage your warranty. You can also start a repair and access your device details.
  • Store: Buy Google devices and accessories from the Google Store.
    • To track an existing order, go to the Home or Store tab, or tap “Manage orders” in the account menu.
    • You can also track orders from My Pixel that were placed on store.google.com.
