Get help for issues on your Pixel phone

To get support on your Pixel phone, you can use Pixel Troubleshooting and Device health & support.

Important:

  • These features are only available on Pixel 6 and later phones.
  • Pixel Troubleshooting is only available in English.

Get help through Device health & support

  1. On your phone’s Settings app, scroll down.
  2. Tap Device health & support.
  3. Review the info and support options, such as:
    • Overall device status: A brief overview of your phone’s health.
    • Feature status: Summaries of features like battery health and phone temperature.
    • Features to check: Features with settings you can update to improve phone performance such as charging diagnostics and touch diagnostics.
    • Other options: You can check your warranty, get tips and support, contact support, and start a repair.

Get more troubleshooting help, support & info about your phone

You can ask Pixel Troubleshooting questions to get support and suggestions.

  1. On your phone’s Settings app, scroll down.
  2. Tap Device health & support.
  3. In the “Need help with your Pixel?” field, type what you need help with.
    • Example: Can’t charge phone
  4. Tap Enter.

Tip: You can also search your issue from the search bar at the top of the Settings menu. The search results appear under Pixel Troubleshooting.
