Google is offering a two-year extended repair program for Pixel 5a (5G)s purchased in the U.S. for certain display- or power-related issues.
If you’re eligible for this program, you may receive a free repair for up to two years after your warranty expires for display or power issues including:
- A blank or black screen when the phone is on
- Power not turning on
Tip: There's no limit to the number of times a user may use this repair program.

スマートフォンを修理する
重要: Google または認定サービス プロバイダ（Asurion や uBreakiFix など）は、受け取ったお客様のスマートフォンがこのプログラムの対象となるかどうかを確認するため、修理前に検査を行い問題を確認します。
以前の修理
この問題の影響を受けていると考えられるお客様には、Google からメールをお送りしています。次の条件をすべて満たしている場合は、こちらのフォームにご記入ください。
- Google ストアでデバイスを購入した
- 2022 年 6 月 30 日より前にこの問題が発生した
- 修理料金を支払ったが、Google からメールが届かない
次の情報をお知らせいただく必要があります。
- お名前
- メールアドレス
- スマートフォンの IMEI
- 修理を証明するもの
