How can I run Adobe acrobat for Windows on my Pixelbook

I use my pixelbook for business, and I need to open a fillable PDF file from Minnesota DHS (you can google DHS-6798G).

DHS requires Adobe Acrobat for Windows or Mac ONLY to open this file.

Some say windows applications can be used on ChromeOs using wine. How can I do that?
