Troubleshoot problems with photo prints collected at the shop

Get help with photo prints picked up at the shop

If you have problems with your photo prints or order, contact the shop from which you ordered.

Important: Once you have placed it, you can’t change or cancel an order in Google Photos. If you need to cancel an order, call the shop from which you ordered.

Contact the shop if you have questions about:

  • Order status
  • Refunds
  • Missing prints
  • Order delays
  • Cancelled orders
  • Incorrect orders
Tip: You can't use coupons or promo codes from the shop to pay for printed photos.

Check order status

After you confirm your order in the Google Photos app, you’ll receive an email with status information. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a push notification.

If you don’t receive notifications, find out how to turn them on for Android devices or iOS devices.

To check the order status of shop photo prints, call the shop from which you ordered.
