- Open your Google Photos app

- Tap your account profile photo or initial.
- Tap Help & feedback

- At the bottom, tap Send feedback
.
- Enter your feedback. You can tell us things like:
- What you like or dislike about the app
- Things that create confusion or don't work
- New features you'd like or find helpful
- A screenshot is included by default. To help us understand your feedback, allow Google to include a screenshot.
- Tap Send
.
Tip: There are other ways to send feedback in the Google Photos app. Look for "Send feedback" to access the feedback form.
Send feedback in Ask Photos
This experimental feature from Google Labs won't always get it right, and may give inaccurate or inappropriate answers that don't represent Google's views.
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Google Photos

- Tap Ask.
- Ask a question.
- At the bottom of the response, tap Thumbs up
or Thumbs down
.
- If the Thumbs up
and Thumbs down
buttons aren’t displayed, tap Menu
Help & Feedback to share input.
- If the Thumbs up
- Optional: If you tap Thumbs down
, you can send additional details and feedback.
- Write your own feedback.
- Tap Send.
Tips:
When you send feedback, use the checkbox to indicate if you wish to grant Google permission to communicate with you about your feedback.
- To remove feedback, tap Thumbs down
again.
