Data Handling	Your data is protected, and is not used to train NotebookLM unless you provide feedback. When you share feedback to help us improve, we may review the full context of that interaction, including your queries, uploads, and the model’s responses. Learn more. To ensure safety and reliability, we may process your data to prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues. Google Workspace or Google Workspace for Education users. Your uploads, queries and the model's responses in NotebookLM will not be reviewed by human reviewers even when you provide thumbs up or down feedback, and will not be used to train AI models.
Sharing a notebook does not change the source limit for any collaborator. Daily quotas are reset after 24 hours; monthly quotas are reset after 30 days. Some users may see a report, flashcards, infographic, slide deck, audio overview, or a video overview created automatically, when sources are first added to a notebook. These are generated once and do not contribute to limits. To confirm if you're using NotebookLM with upgraded plans, check to see if you have a distinct badge next to your user profile image in the user interface.
