Set up customized email templates

To build strong relationships with your readers and reduce churn, you can customize emails. If you make your emails more engaged and personalized, you can:

  • Reiterate your value proposition.
  • Promote a deeper connection with your audience.

Tip: The Customized Email feature is available to all partners who have:

  • Completed their Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise implementation
  • At least one publication with a paywall set up

Customize email templates

  1. Open Publisher Center.
  2. Select your publication with a paywall enabled.
  3. Click Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise.
  4. At the top right of "Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise," click More options.
  5. Under "More options," select Email customizations.
  6. Select the message template you want to customize.
  7. Click Edit Message.
    • Tip: Currently, we only support customizations for Billing Reminder.
  8. Add your custom message in the text box
    • Tip: You can choose to include benefits associated with the offer in your email template when you check the "Add Benefits" checkbox below the text box.
  9. To send yourself a customized email template with your changes, click Send test email.
  10. If you've finalized a customized version, click Publish.
    • Once your template is published, it's included in all billing reminder emails sent out to your subscribers.
