EpisodeTitleInternalAlias

About this column

• 100 character limit (including spaces).
• Characters in certain languages can become corrupted when opened in Excel and will cause parsing errors.

Best practices

• The internal title alias is usually the original title name (not the localized title).
• If different edits of a given title are availed, add descriptions to the end of the internal title name (e.g. "Extended" or "Director's Cut") to help distinguish the special edit from the original edit. Localization info should not be provided in the EpisodeTitleInternalAlias column. Use the LocalizationType column to provide this info.

Common mistakes

• Exceeding 100 character limit (including spaces).
• Not providing the internal title (EpisodeTitleInternalAlias) for all line items/windows for a given avail. This will cause a validation error.
• Using "Subbed" or "Dubbed" in the title name.
