SpecialPreOrderFulfillDate

About this column

This column can be used to indicate a special early release date to customers who have purchased a preorder title. It corresponds to the date a preorder will be delivered to the customer’s library, if different than the standard EST start date, and should be formatted as "YYYY-MM-DD". The SpecialPreOrderFulfillDate cannot be after the earliest regular EST or VOD start date.

This column is not required by EMA or Google and has no impact on avail delivery.

 

Additional Google requirements

Provide only one date per title, a title's date should be the same across all line items for both HD and SD within a territory.

Best practices

Provide the same value in the SpecialPreOrderFulfillDate column for all preorder line items per title.

Common mistakes

• Wrong date formatting, the only acceptable format is "YYYY-MM-DD".
• Providing different dates for SD and HD.
• Providing a date that is after the earliest regular EST or VOD date.
