You can troubleshoot issues with your RCS chats with business like starting a business chat or finding other ways to contact a business.

Troubleshoot RCS chats with businesses
Can't reply to or start a business chatIf you can't start a chat, an issue may have occurred with a link, QR code, or button. Once you start a chat, you may not be able to reply.
If a business chat is unavailable, make sure:
- You have RCS chats turned on in Google Messages. Learn how to turn on RCS chats.
- RCS chats with businesses are supported by your carrier.
- The business is available in your country or region.
Currently, RCS chats with businesses are only available in the Google Messages app.
Can't find businesses you started an RCS chat with in your contacts
Businesses aren't automatically added to your contact list after you start a chat with them. You can manually add a business as a new contact.
Other ways to contact the business
If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, you can find the business's contact info through the RCS chat.
- Open Google Messages

- Go to the RCS chat with the business you want to contact.
- At the top of the chat, tap the business's name and logo.
- Alternatively, tap Menu
