This article details how to activate the loyalty program add-on in your Merchant Center Next account.
- Go to Add-ons in Merchant Center.
- Under the “Discover” tab, select Add inside the “Loyalty programs” card.
Note: For merchants with a Marketplace MCA structure, set up the loyalty program at the MCA level. No need to set up a loyalty program at the sub-account level if the program is the same across the whole marketplace.
