One or more shop codes in your local inventory data are referencing a Business Profile that has been identified as suspended.

Step 2Request a Business Profile reinstatement.

Step 3Re-upload your inventory data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

Next steps

Check if you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the processing report.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours to sync your business locations into your Merchant Center account, so we recommend that you upload your inventory data 24 hours after linking accounts, or after a shop code is updated in your Business Profile.

Still having trouble?

If you're still encountering issues after 24 hours, and you had location auto-linking done on your Ads account, make sure that any listings added after the auto-linking date have synced to your Ads account.

You can also try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Change the shop code in the local inventory feed to the previously added shop code.
  • Use another active Business Profile.
  • Contact the Google Business Profile team via the Contact Us form to resolve the issue.
