Accuracy

If you believe a Google Customer Reviews participant is in violation of one of the policies below, let us know by filling out the Google Customer Reviews report violation form so we can investigate.

Participant claims

Your content should be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date every time it is shown to users.

Claims include but are not limited to competitive claims, superlatives, offers, discounts, and pricing. This policy also covers unverified offers and claims that are either scientifically impossible or otherwise misleading to users.

  • All participant claims must be factually supportable
  • Any pricing information must comply with local regulations concerning inclusion of tax, shipping, and other applicable charges

Conflict of interest

Participants may not offer customers incentives of any kind (including money, gift cards, or discounts) in exchange for reviews or survey responses. Furthermore, participants must not selectively solicit positive reviews or discourage negative ones in connection with Google Customer Reviews.
