Why this issue is happening

You have provided duplicate minimum_order_value entries for the same country and service.


How to fix your issue

To fix this issue, you may only submit one minimum_order_value for the same country and service. If you need to apply your minimum order value to both online and local destinations, set the surface [surface] sub-attribute to online_local. If you offer different minimum order values for online delivery and store pickup, add a new service [service] sub-attribute to your shipping [shipping] attribute.

Fix multiple products at once

  1. Navigate to Products in the Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
  2. Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
  3. Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
  4. Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that you may only submit one minimum_order_value for the same country and service. If you need to apply your minimum order value to both online and local destinations, set the surface sub-attribute to online_local.
  5. Reupload your corrected product data to the Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.
