Why this issue is happening
The service sub-attribute in your minimum order value attribute doesn't match the service sub-attribute in your delivery attribute. The value provided in your [service] sub-attribute is matched against the same value provided in your delivery [shipping] attribute to ensure that the correct minimum order value is applied to each delivery option.
How to fix your issue
Check if your [shipping] attribute contains a matching [service] sub-attribute value.
Fix multiple products at once
- Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data source, and make sure that you add valid values for any required delivery sub-attributes for all of your products.
- Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
