Add the [service] sub-attribute to your minimum order value attribute to match with the service sub-attribute in your shipping [shipping] attribute.

Why this issue is happening
The service sub-attribute in your minimum order value attribute doesn’t match with the service sub-attribute in your shipping attribute. The value provided in your [service] sub-attribute is matched against the same value provided in your shipping [shipping] attribute, to ensure the correct minimum order value is applied to each shipping option.
How to fix your issue
Check if your [shipping] attribute contains a matching [service] sub-attribute value.
Fix multiple products at once
- Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data source, and make sure to add valid values for any required shipping sub-attributes for all of your products.
- Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure the issue is no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.
