Why this issue is happening
When you submit the delivery fee type [shipping_fee_type] sub-attribute, you must also provide the return delivery cost in the delivery fee [shipping_fee] sub-attribute. The return delivery fee [returns_shipping_fee] attribute will show an error if this cost is missing.
How to fix your issue
Add the missing delivery fee sub-attribute to your return delivery fee [returns_shipping_fee] attribute. If you include the delivery fee type [shipping_fee_type] sub-attribute, you must also include the exact return delivery cost within the delivery fee [shipping_fee] sub-attribute.
Fix multiple products at once
- Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and make sure that each affected product has a valid value for the return delivery fee
[returns_shipping_fee]attribute by including the delivery fee[shipping_fee]. - Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
