Why this issue is happening
When you submit the shipping fee type [shipping_fee_type] sub-attribute, you must also provide the return shipping cost in the shipping fee [shipping_fee] sub-attribute. The returns shipping fee [returns_shipping_fee] attribute will show an error if this cost is missing.
How to fix your issue
Add the missing shipping fee sub-attribute to your returns shipping fee [returns_shipping_fee] attribute. If you include the shipping fee type [shipping_fee_type] sub-attribute, you must also include the exact return shipping cost within the shipping fee [shipping_fee] sub-attribute.
Fix multiple products at once
- Navigate to Products in the Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that each affected product has a valid value for returns shipping fee
[returns_shipping_fee]attribute by including the shipping fee[shipping_fee]. - Reupload your corrected product data to the Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
