Why this issue is happening
When you've submitted a window type [window_type] sub-attribute with a value for (window_type = FINITE_RETURN_WINDOW) but a corresponding value for the window days [window_days] sub-attribute isn't provided, this can result in an error causing the missing sub-attribute [window_days].
How to fix your issue
To fix this issue, ensure that if you specify a finite return window, you must also provide the duration of that window as an integer value. You must submit the window type[window_type] sub-attribute to specify the number of days that a customer has to return the product.
Fix multiple products at once
- Navigate to Products in the Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that each affected product has a valid value for both the window type
[window_type]and window days[window_days]sub-attributes. If you specify a finite return window, submit both the window type[window_type]and window days[window_days]sub-attributes. - Re-upload your corrected product data to the Merchant Centre using your chosen upload method.
