Why this issue is happening
When you’ve submitted a window type [window_type] sub-attribute with a value for (window_type = FINITE_RETURN_WINDOW) but a corresponding value for window days [window_days] sub-attribute isn’t provided, this can result in an error causing missing sub-attribute [window_days].
How to fix your issue
To fix this issue, ensure that if you specify a finite return window, you must also provide the duration of that window as an integer value. You must submit the window type[window_type] sub-attribute to specify the number of days a customer has to return the product.
Fix multiple products at once
- Navigate to Products in the Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that each affected product has a valid value for both the window type
[window_type]and window days[window_days]sub-attributes. If you specify a finite return window, submit both the window type[window_type]and window days[window_days]sub-attributes. - Reupload your corrected product data to the Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.
