You can review detailed breakdowns of your monthly YouTube Shopping affiliate program invoices in Merchant Center. This feature provides transparency into your charges, allowing you to see a summary and access individual transaction and product-level details for validation and accounting purposes.
How to find your invoices
- In your Merchant Center account, select “Marketing” from the left navigation menu.
- Click YouTube affiliate.
- Go to the “Overview tab” and find “Invoices” to see your most recent invoices.
- Click View all invoices to see your complete history.
Understanding your invoice details
On the "Invoices" page, you can access multiple levels of detail for each billing period starting June 2025.
- Invoice list: Here you will see a list of all your historical invoices, with columns for the Invoice period, Due date, Total Commissions, and Status.
- Invoice summary: Clicking on a specific invoice will take you to a detailed view for that month. At the top, you will find a summary of the key metrics, including Total Sales, Total Commissions and Total # of Orders for that billing period.
- Transaction list: Below the summary, you will see a list of all individual transactions (orders) that make up the invoice total.
- Product list: By clicking on a specific transaction in the list, you can drill down one level further to see the individual products that were included in that order, along with their associated sales and commission amounts.
Important note on taxes: All sales and commission amounts provided in this Merchant Center interface are pre-tax subtotals. Your final, official PDF invoice will include any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) and reflects the total amount due.
