The All client accounts page provides a centralised view to help you organise and monitor these accounts. From this page, you can:

  • Star up to five important accounts for quick access.
  • Use the eye icon to customise which accounts are visible in your list.
  • Check which users have access to each individual account.

This system also gives your clients clear visibility and control over which agencies and users can access their Merchant Centre data.

Agency overview page

Get a high-level view of the entire client portfolio at a glance. The overview page shows you:

  • Summary statistics on account statuses, issues and diagnostics.
  • A quick view of your top five 'starred' accounts.
  • Accounts with significant changes in key metrics such as clicks and disapprovals.

This helps you to quickly identify opportunities and resolve potential issues.

Diagnostics page

Look into specific problems across all your agency user accounts with detailed data. On this page, you can:

  • Filter data and issues by client, country or marketing method.
  • Prioritise fixes based on 'click potential', which estimates how many more clicks you could get by resolving an issue.

Optimisations page

This section helps you make Google Ads perform better by enhancing their Merchant Centre setup.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement with an overall health assessment.
  • Review key areas including delivery, returns and purchase experience
