Why this issue is happening
When multiple handling working days or transit working days are configured to the same country or the same offer to all countries, it creates ambiguity when selecting which attribute to choose, meaning neither of the attributes are chosen.
How to fix your issue
Navigate to the Products section in your Merchant Center account, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by this issue.
Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that you don't have multiple working day configurations for the same offer or country that are conflicting with each other.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the 'Needs attention' page.
