Why this issue is happening
It happens if the format in which handling working days or transit working days are provided is incorrect.
How to fix your issue
Make sure that you provide the working days in a valid format.
Navigate to the Products section in your Merchant Center account, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by this issue.
Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that you provide the working days value based on the format instructions: for example, Mon-Fri, Mon;Wed;Thu;Fri;Sat and so on. Learn more about delivery handling working days or delivery transit working days.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
