Why this issue is happening
This issue occurs when the tier label [tier_label] or programme label [program_label] within your loyalty programme [loyalty program] attribute in the feed doesn't match the label in the loyalty programme setup page in your Merchant Center account.
Here's what might be happening:
- Label mismatch: You're using a different name for your loyalty tier label 
[tier_label]or programme label[program_label]in your feed than in your Merchant Center account loyalty programme settings. 
This error won't result in your products being disapproved. However, the loyalty programme [loyalty program] attribute won't be used. In effect, member prices, member delivery and other loyalty benefits specified in the loyalty programme [loyalty program] attribute won't be applied to your free listings or ads.
How to fix your issue
Incorrect loyalty tier label
To ensure accurate display of loyalty benefits to shoppers, the tier label [tier_label] in your product feed must correspond exactly with the labels configured in your Google Merchant Center account.
You can find the tier label that you configured in your Merchant Center account here.
Fix multiple products at once
 Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
 Use the filter icon 
 above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
 Select the download icon 
 to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
 Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that the value submitted for the tier label 
[tier_label] in feed matches exactly, including case sensitivity.
 Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

[program_label] in your product feed must correspond exactly with the labels configured in your Google Merchant Center account.Fix multiple products at once
