Audience insights in Merchant Center helps you understand the demographics of users who are interested in topics related to specific products. You can find the details such as gender, age and location of users who expressed interest in topics relevant to your products.
Audience insights is available in the 'Audience' tab in the 'Products' menu under 'Analytics'.

How it works
Google determines product topics relevant to you based on the products that you offer, and estimates interest in these product topics by combining a variety of user data across Google products. This data is anonymous and doesn't identify anyone personally.
The insights are generated for a given product topic and location, and you can change them by using the filters at the top of the page. You can expand each card for a more detailed view of each audience insight:
Location
Shows granular maps of regions and sub-regions that are more interested in your product categories.
- 'Interest share' represents the percentage of Google users who have expressed interest in a product topic.
Gender
Helps understand which gender is more interested in your product categories.
Age
Categorises the people who are interested in your product topics by age group.
