Product page with in-store availability setup errors

This page explains various reasons why a product page with in-store availability was rejected by Google and what steps can be taken to resolve the issues. Once you've updated your website according to the requirements, you must resubmit your example product landing page for review.

Your sample product page must provide customers the option to check a product's availability at different shop locations

Your product landing pages don't provide users with the option to check a product's availability at different shop locations. Add a shop selector to your website so that users can view the availability in your different shops.

Your sample product page must show the product price

Your example product landing page doesn't contain an omnichannel price for your product. Add the price of your products to your product landing pages.

Your sample product page must display shop-specific availability for your product

Your example product landing page does not contain shop-specific availability for your product. It should be clear to a customer if a product is available to be purchased at a specific shop.
Note: Online purchase availability is not equivalent to shop-level availability. You must display your shop's local availability as prominently as the option to buy online.

Your sample product page must show the shop location

The shop name and city can represent the shop location, if the full shop address is unavailable. The full shop address should be displayed when the customer clicks to view shop location details or change to other shop locations.

Resubmit your example product landing page

  4. Next to the country for which you wish to resubmit the landing page, click Review setup status.
  5. Scroll down to Your product page experience.
  6. Select the 'Product pages with in-store availability' option and update the product URL that shows the shop-specific landing page.
