If you need to remove a return policy for Shopping ads and free listings, you may do so. It may take up to two days for your return policy to be removed, so you may still notice your return policy reflected on your ads and free listings for a short time after you delete it.
Instructions
In your Merchant Center account, select Delivery and returns in the page menu.
Click the Return policies tab.
Under 'Your return policies', select the tick box next to the policies that you want to delete.
Click the bin icon.
Note: If this policy has exceptions, they'll be deleted too. Policies and exceptions can't be restored after they're deleted. Before deleting a policy, ensure that the correct Merchant Center account is selected.
