If necessary, you can remove the return policy for your Shopping ads and free listings. Once you've removed your return policy, it may take up to two days for your ads to reflect this change.
Instructions
To remove your return policy, follow these steps:
- In your Merchant Centre account, select Delivery and returns in the page menu.
- Click the Return policies tab.
- Under 'Your return policies', select the tick box next to the policies that you want to delete.
- Click the bin icon.
Note: If this policy has exceptions, they'll be deleted too. Policies and exceptions can't be restored after they're deleted. Before deleting a policy, ensure that the correct Merchant Centre account is selected.
