How the delivery policy table works
To get to the delivery policy table, sign in to your Merchant Center account, then select 'Delivery and returns' from the left navigation menu. The delivery policy table will be visible within the 'Delivery info' tab.
View and edit your delivery setup information and metrics
In the delivery policy table, you can view and edit various aspects of the delivery information that you've provided Google during setup. These include:
- Overview of your delivery policy setup, including the name, information on whether the service was created manually or through the Content API, and the last updated date of the delivery service.
- The delivery country, delivery source and time, delivery cost and the number of products to which the delivery policy is applicable.
- Delivery time: Information on how you've set up your delivery times, whether it was manual, if you've added a carrier or if you've linked a partner.
- Delivery cost: Information on how you've set up the delivery cost, whether it was based on a dimension, multiple dimensions, flat, carrier or free.
- Status of your delivery policy
- Complete
- Error (red)
- Visibility of your delivery policy
- Green: Show on Google
- Grey: Hide on Google
- Red: Hidden on Google
Note: If the visibility column doesn't display green and you wish to display your delivery policy on Google, click on 'Fix' to show on Google. You may also need to check your account settings and ensure that your delivery settings are properly configured.
- If you've created a delivery service that uses features that are only available via Content API setup, you can also view:
- Subtables
- Multi-delivery rate
- Multi-carrier within a single delivery service
Note: You may not be able to edit or delete rows having an advanced Content API delivery policy because this functionality isn't supported in Merchant Center. All modifications must be completed within Content API. If you're encountering issues with editing via Content API, verify that your settings are correctly configured in the API.
View and fix issues
This delivery policy table includes an expandable error callout within the table, offering a more specific description of the error. The error callout will be displayed alongside the delivery policy with issues, providing comprehensive error details.
How the delivery widget table works
Below the delivery policy table, you'll find a delivery widget table where you can edit and review your dispatch-from locations (warehouses).
