The Google Customer Reviews survey is a brief questionnaire that is emailed to customers and allows them to rate their purchase experience with your site.
How to enable Google Customer Reviews in your Google Merchant Centre account
- Go to 'Settings' 
within your Merchant Centre account.
 - Select Add-ons.
 - Find the 'Google Customer Reviews' add-on card under the 'Discover' tab.
 - Select Add.
 - From here, your Google Customer Reviews will appear under the 'Your add-ons' tab.
 - Click Go to Google Customer Reviews.
 - Review the agreement and click Sign agreement.
 - 'Opt-in integration' is a required step for Google Customer Reviews. You will need to click 'Set up integration' and follow the instructions for integrating the survey opt-in module.
