Why this issue is happening
This issue occurs when you have duplicate delivery [shipping]
services, or multiple delivery [shipping]
services that have different rates but have the same name.
How to fix your issue
To fix this issue, review your services and make sure that you do not have duplicate services. After you've completed this review, review your services to ensure that you do not have multiple services that have the same names.
If there are any duplicate delivery [shipping]
attributes or services that have the same names, remove the duplicates and rename the delivery [shipping]
attributes to a unique name.
Fix your products
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that you've removed all duplicate delivery
[shipping]
attributes, and have renamed all delivery [shipping]
attributes to unique names to ensure that there aren't any ambiguous or confusing values in your data.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the 'Needs attention' page.
