Why this issue is happening
One or more products doesn't have a value for the delivery height [shipping_height] attribute. The delivery height attribute determines the delivery cost if you're using a carrier-calculated delivery method in Merchant Center. Learn more about carrier-calculated delivery
How to fix the issue
Add the height of the parcel using the delivery height [shipping_height] attribute for all affected products so that the dimensional weight is calculated accurately.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the product that you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Make the required change.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and ensure that you've submitted a value for delivery height
[shipping_height] for all affected products.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the 'Needs attention' page. Bear in mind that the changes may take between 24–72 hours to take effect.
