Report a problem with Google Meet

Please provide feedback and share your ideas to help us improve Meet. 

Note: Additional details, such as web browser logs, are automatically included when you submit feedback. Your feedback enhances our ability to troubleshoot issues and improve Meet. Google Workspace administrators can turn off this feature. For details, see Client logs upload in Manage Meet settings

In the meeting

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, to show call controls when you’re in a meeting, tap the screen.
  2. Tap More controls and then Settings .
  3. Under “General,” tap Send feedback and then Get Started.
  4. Enter your feedback or issue.
  5. Tap Send .
  6. Meet will take a screenshot of your screen.
    • If you want to share the screenshot as part of your feedback, tap Continue.
    • If you don’t want to share the screenshot, tap Delete Delete.
  7. Tap Continue. You’ll be asked if Google can contact you to follow up on the feedback.
  8. Based on your preference, select Yes or No.
    • Your feedback will be sent.

Before a meeting

  2. Tap Menu Menu and then Feedback .
  3. Under “General,” tap Send feedback and then Get Started.
  4. Enter your feedback or issue.
  5. Tap Send .
  6. Meet will take a screenshot of your screen.
    • If you want to share the screenshot as part of your feedback, tap Continue.
    • If you don’t want to share the screenshot, tap Delete Delete
  7. Tap Continue. You’ll be asked if Google can contact you to follow up on the feedback.
  8. Based on your preference, select Yes or No.
    • Your feedback will be sent.

Before or after a Meet Legacy Call

Learn more about Meet Legacy Calls (previously known as Duo).

  1. Open Meet .
  2. At the top left, tap More options .
  3. Tap Help & feedback and then Send feedback.
  4. Enter your comment or describe your problem.
    • Screenshot and logs: To help us understand the issue, you can include a screenshot and your app usage.
  5. Tap Send Send.

Send feedback about a call

After you finish a call, you may be asked to rate the call as good or bad.

  1. If you're prompted, enter your rating.
  2. If you rate a call as "bad," let us know what the problem was.

Some information about bad calls will automatically be sent to Google so we can understand the issue better. The info won't include the call's content.
