Someone got doxxed

The owner of Aportstorage Container recently doxxed someone who left a negative review. I've reported the review several times yet it has not been removed.

Hi John,

Welcome to the Help Community. I can see this is serious doxxing with personal names and address details exposed. Based on similar cases, business owner responses can’t be reported through normal channels - only the original reviews.

For this safety violation, use “Send Feedback” in Google Maps with keywords: “doxxing,” “personal information disclosure,” “business owner response harassment.” Screenshot everything as evidence.

If that doesn’t work, you may need escalation through Silver + PE like I've seen in similar cases.

That is not an owner's response to a review; that is a separate customer review. However, it looks to be written by someone associated with the business. This review can be reported. Please use the three dot menu to report the review. If you have already reported it, please provide a screenshot of the email you received after doing so.

@William Hello, although this isnt the owner's main account, he is the owner of the business. He has a linkedin in which he claims he is the president/ceo of the aportstorage. Though I dont know if him being the owner will do anything. Thanks for your help Robby and William.
