Google maps has the wrong city for my address

I keep trying to edit my address and google maps keeps accepting it but nothing is happening for weeks. LA Building and Safety considers my neighborhood Granada Hills but it keep showing as North hills. I have the boundaries map for the City of LA but can't send it anywhere for upload. How do I fix this issue?

If you post a screenshot of the email you received from Google and a screenshot of the edit status then I can verify what info you submitted. After that I can escalate the issue with Google.

To check the status of your edit go to Your Contributions, then click on Edits.

The boundary map reverted back.

If search for Granada Hills, 91343 in Google Maps it shows a postal boundary not the city boundary. If search for Granada Hills, CA then it shows a city boundary map.

The south part of that looks like the Granada Hills South neighborhood council map.
