Map Pin Edits Keep Resetting Even After Being Approved

Question

A local clothing store map pin keeps defaulting to the City Hall (which also happens to be the default center point for the city when you search for just the city name in Google maps). The actual address for the business is correct, it is just the pin location that is wrong. So several people have been misdirected to a busy downtown area, where they then have to pay to park, and tend to walk around very confused, until wandering into the City Hall and asking about it, only to be very disappointed that it is not the clothing shop they are looking for. The store is located inside a larger shopping center. I update the map pin and "located in" daily (I have tried on both my Android phone and on my desktop computer through the web app), but it reverts back within 24 hours without fail. Is there any way to get a permanent fix in place?
